class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Oficina de Comunicaciones <\/strong><\/p><p>Un estudio adelantado por estudiantes y profesores colombianos fue reconocido por la prestigiosa International Embryo Technologies Society (IETS) como la mejor investigaci\u00f3n en la modalidad Undergraduate Poster Competition en un congreso en Denver, Estados Unidos.<\/p><p>Durante una semana, los investigadores de la Universidad CES presentaron los avances cient\u00edficos en la producci\u00f3n de embriones en bovinos, caninos y felinos, gracias a la introducci\u00f3n de innovadoras sustancias en los medios de cultivo in vitro. Esto tras ser seleccionados tres trabajos a nivel mundial, entre 400 investigaciones, dos de ellas de la Universidad CES.<\/p><p><em>\u201cEl proyecto consiste en la suplementaci\u00f3n de una nueva mol\u00e9cula con efectos potenciales de anti envejecimiento para la producci\u00f3n in vitro de embriones bovinos.\u00a0 Esto es importante porque en la mayor\u00eda de las especies despu\u00e9s de ciertas edades la calidad de sus \u00f3vulos disminuye, imposibilitando la producci\u00f3n de embriones, esto tambi\u00e9n sucede inclusive con los humanos\u201d,<\/em> explic\u00f3 Mateo Duque Rodr\u00edguez, docente de la Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia de la Universidad CES.<\/p><p>El equipo de investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 integrado por las estudiantes Andrea Carrillo y Valentina Dominguez, as\u00ed como por los investigadores de la Universidad CES Viviana Torres, Matteo Duque y Rodrigo Urrego quien lidera el grupo de trabajo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>La idea es seguir innovando en los medios cultivo para optimizar la producci\u00f3n in vitro de embriones en especies como la porcina, canina, felina y equina. De igual forma, se iniciar\u00e1n colaboraciones con universidades en Estados Unidos, Jap\u00f3n y Europa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
