Para esto, se hizo uso de los recursos ofrecidos por CES Virtual que, favoreci\u00f3 una cobertura a 51 familias rurales, residentes en las veredas La Arboleda, Altos de los Jaramillos, y Farallones.<\/p><p>Por medio de un an\u00e1lisis de situaci\u00f3n sobre los contextos sociales, nutricionales y culinarios, se realizaron 6 cursos 100% virtuales y visitas de acompa\u00f1amiento y seguimiento a cada una de las familias participantes.<\/p><p><em>\u201cLos recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos nos han permitido llegar hasta los hogares rurales, y con esto a la cotidianidad de las familias para promover desde la alimentaci\u00f3n consciente, el desarrollo de capacidades para el autocuidado y la mejora de las condiciones de salud y vida\u201d,<\/em> expres\u00f3 Piedad Rold\u00e1n Jaramillo, decana de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Nutrici\u00f3n y los Alimentos de la Universidad CES.<\/p><p>La iniciativa culmin\u00f3 el 30 de junio de 2021 y, abre nuevas posibilidades de trabajo colaborativo con la Fundaci\u00f3n Nutresa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12ae3062 elementor-widget
