Dentro del top 100 de organizaciones se encuentra la Universidad CES, ubicada en el puesto 82 dentro de todos los sectores y novena en el sector de educaci\u00f3n \u2013 universidades.<\/p><p>La Universidad CES ingres\u00f3 a estos monitores desde hace 3 a\u00f1os. Merco cuenta con 6 ranking y la instituci\u00f3n est\u00e1 clasificada dentro del top 100 en tres de ellos: Merco Talento, Merco Empresas y Merco Responsabilidad y Gobierno Corporativo.<\/p><p><em>\u201cHacer parte de este monitor es el reflejo del reconocimiento al trabajo permanente de nuestra universidad. En este caso del ranking responsabilidad y gobierno corporativo los diferentes actores valoran, de acuerdo con su percepci\u00f3n, el compromiso de las organizaciones y su aporte a la sociedad, tambi\u00e9n el valor \u00e9tico, la transparencia y el buen gobierno\u201d <\/em>dijo Tatiana Molina Vel\u00e1squez, jefe de sostenibilidad.<\/p><p>El ranking es de car\u00e1cter abierto y gratuito. La participaci\u00f3n y valoraci\u00f3n dependen del reconocimiento que dan los diferentes p\u00fablicos por medio de las encuestas. Entre los factores que se tienen en cuenta est\u00e1n la responsabilidad con los empleados, el compromiso con el medio ambiente y la contribuci\u00f3n a la sociedad.<\/p><p>La metodolog\u00eda utilizada es transparente y exhaustiva. Se analizaron 57.589 encuestas, 5 evaluaciones y se tuvieron en cuenta 14 fuentes de informaci\u00f3n entre directivos, expertos en responsabilidad social, analistas financieros, periodistas, miembros de gobierno, ONG, miembros de sindicatos, consumidores, social media managers, entre otros. A esto se suma informaci\u00f3n suministrada por la organizaci\u00f3n y todo el proceso es verificado por medio de una revisi\u00f3n independiente por parte de KPMG.<\/p><p>Para mayor informaci\u00f3n
