Esto permite que los estudiantes que inician su pregrado puedan homologar algunas materias que son impartidas por las tres instituciones que otorgan certificados del Bachillerato Internacional: Cambridge, International Baccalureate (IB) y College Board.<\/p><p>El Bachillerato Internacional es un programa educativo a nivel mundial que busca preparar a j\u00f3venes en etapa escolar para la vida universitaria y la adaptaci\u00f3n a la realidad globalizada. Lo hace por medio de la ense\u00f1anza de cursos en diferentes lenguas y el aprendizaje desde la multiculturalidad. Su vinculaci\u00f3n con la Universidad CES est\u00e1 centrada en los estudiantes entre 16 y 19 a\u00f1os, en Colombia o de cualquier pa\u00eds del mundo donde el Bachillerato est\u00e9 presente.<\/p><p>\u201c<em>El certificado del Bachillerato Internacional es importante para la Universidad CES porque al aceptar este programa se reciben estudiantes que ingresan al pregrado con un buen nivel acad\u00e9mico y adem\u00e1s puede homologar asignaturas directamente, ahorr\u00e1ndose tiempo y dinero<\/em>\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Karen Arbel\u00e1ez Luna, coordinadora de Cooperaci\u00f3n \u00c1frica, Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, del \u00e1rea de Asuntos Globales de la Universidad.<\/p><p>La Resoluci\u00f3n destaca que el certificado no exime al aspirante de cumplir con los criterios de admisi\u00f3n de cada una de las carreras y las materias homologables se pueden someter a la revisi\u00f3n por parte de los comit\u00e9s de curr\u00edculo de cada carrera. Esta alianza operaba en la Universidad desde 2017, en cada facultad, pero desde 2020 queda establecida como medida institucional.<\/p><p>En este <a
